Responsibilities

-Share your enthusiasm with current customers, potential customers, and team members. You will be answering our phones, emails, texts, and chat box dialogues.

-Greet employees with respect and professionalism.

-Provide general administrative support which will include data entry, system updates, and weekly payroll submission.

-You will be the voice of Merry Maids handling a high volume of customer calls for service inquiries, and proactive quality calls with current clients.

-You will take the lead in confirming customer appointments and help resolve service issues with our loyal customers.

-You will be responsible for creating and updating schedules with customer information and providing team members with daily schedules/routes.

-Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (Required)
