388 Vacation Management LLC (d.b.a. Meadow Homes) is a startup vacation rental management company focused on Northeast ski and lake destinations, with homes in Mount Snow, Okemo, Sunapee, and Hunter. We are growing rapidly with locations set to include Stratton, the Berkshires, Lake Winnipesaukee, and other New England / Mid-Atlantic destinations. Meadow targets upscale homes: it is a curated collection of design-focused properties well catered to friends and families looking to escape for a week, weekend, or beyond. The homes are generally on the larger side (three or more bedrooms) with elevated amenities (hot tubs, ping pong, pool, etc.). We pride ourselves on attentive, warm interaction with both owners and guests, serving as the preferred local partner for the destinations we operate in.

Founded in February 2022, Meadow Homes currently has ~20 homes operating or signed and is adding 1 – 2 homes per month. We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to take lead on the organization and implementation of routine maintenance across the portfolio.

Need: Capable, independent, and trustworthy person to take point on house cleanings and inspections following guest stays. The ideal candidate will have strong quality control, attention to detail, weekend availability and multiple years of housekeeping experience.
