Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as tidying, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures

- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including countertops, sink, appliances, and cabinetry

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as family room, dining room, foyer, satircases, hallways, laundry room

- Maintain cleanliness of bedrooms including dusting, vaccuming, mopping, changing sheets, and tidying

- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines

- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Skills:

- Attention to detail: Ability to notice small details and maintain high standards of cleanliness

- Time management: Arrive on time and efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes

- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time

- Strong work ethic: Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

- Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
