We are seeking someone who will exemplify our customer-centered business values. Someone who is trained, or trainable, to become our Lead Contents Restoration Technician and provide general administrative office support for the Contents Restoration Project Manager. Your duties will include a variety of cleaning activities, documenting the contents restoration, and training technicians in the skills needed for contents cleaning and assessment . You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks and expected to be able communicate job progress to your Contents Restoration Project Manager daily through data entry into the BuilderTrend program, including; daily progress notes, photos, spread sheets and more. You will communicate with home and business owners, vendors, insurance company personnel, cleaning and mitigation staff and others providing them with information related to the job. You will purchase supplies, order dumpsters and containers, make sure all necessary job supplies are at the job site, monitor cleaning technicians job progress and quality and make sure all jobs have been completed to Loyear standards and customer expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The person in this position works as a Lead contents cleaning technician and administrative employee, and will be part of the mitigation team.
Driving company vehicles to job sites
Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of personal property
Inventorying and Labeling client’s property
Organizing and maintaining client's property in good condition in work areas and storage
Onsite packing of client's belongings to include wrapping, boxing and moving small to large items as well as wrapping and moving furniture (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds)
Daily Documentation of Contents and Mitigation Jobs and End of Day Reporting
Maintain clean work areas at the job site, and shop and make sure all equipment is cleaned on a daily basis
Cross training within the mitigation team
Education: Minimum requirements: High school diploma/GED

Experience: Minimum 12 months as a Disaster Restoration Technician or similar, Lead Technician or Supervisory Technician

Preferred Work Experience: Detail Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Some Construction including Demo, Laborer or Skilled Experience, Any Customer Service, Computer Experience, Any type of Maintenance Experience: Building/Equipment/Auto, Any Educational Experience including Associate Degree, Trades, IICRC Certifications, OSHA Safety Certifications

Loyear Disaster Restoration Services offers very competitive wages: $40,000.00-60,000.00 Per Year/ Full Time DOE. Some overtime available. Annual reviews with merit-based pay increases over time. Advancement.

Paid IICRC training is available after the 90 Days Probationary Period, based on your aptitude and company needs. The company will also pay your yearly IICRC certification renewal fees for as long as you remain employed and in good standing with our company.

We furnish all OSHA-required Personal Protective Safety Equipment.

If you bring in a new disaster restoration job you will earn a job commission of 2% on Net profit after the job is complete and paid.

$300.00 new hire referral bonus for bringing in a new employee who successfully makes it through the 90 Day probationary period, becomes a full-time regular employee and remains with the company for 6 months.
