Job Description:We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Cleaners. As a Cleaner at Livestrong Cleaning Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients' properties are maintained in pristine condition. Your commitment to cleanliness and hygiene will contribute to our reputation for excellence in the cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Cleaning:Perform standard cleaning tasks in clients' homes, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.
Ensure all surfaces and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
Change bed linens, do laundry, and assist with organizing when necessary.

Commercial Cleaning:Clean and maintain commercial spaces, such as offices, banks, dealerships, religious facilities, daycares, preschools, fitness centers, and restaurants.
Focus on detailed cleaning of common areas, restrooms, waiting rooms, and offices.
Handle the removal of trash and ensure proper disposal.

Deep Cleaning:Execute deep cleaning tasks, which involve more intensive and detailed cleaning of designated areas.
Pay special attention to hard-to-reach places, fixtures, and appliances.
Use specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals for thorough sanitation.

Regular Cleaning:Conduct routine cleaning in accordance with the clients' preferred schedules.
Ensure that high-traffic areas remain consistently clean and presentable.
Follow prescribed cleaning checklists and guidelines.

Specialized Cleaning Services:Offer specialized cleaning services, including move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
Tailor cleaning tasks to specific client needs for these services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning is essential.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and various cleaning chemicals.
Ability to work efficiently and independently or as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and standing for extended periods.
