Miami Beach- live out housekeeper wanted for an UHNW family Monday to Saturday 7am to 4pm. Salary is open- paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation after a probationary period. Venetian islands- 8000 square foot house- the family wants someone who is willing to grocery shop ( using their own car) and to make a simple lunch each day for the family and staff, all aspects of deep cleaning throughout the home, and be a team player with the other staff. . This is a long term role, and you will eventually be going over With them to the house they are building which will be 35,000 square feet and have the opportunity to oversee multiple housekeepers once they move in the next 2 years.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning tasks and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Skills:
- Experience in floor care, carpet cleaning, commercial, and residential cleaning
- Ability to cook or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of sanitization techniques
- Previous experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to launder linens effectively
