We are seeking a janitorial candidate to join our talented team! This individual will be responsible for the general overall housekeeping in our dealerships; maintain all areas of facilities and parking lots while demonstrating professional personal behavior, creating a safe environment for all employees and customers. Reporting to located in Easton, PA and serving several dealerships in the Lehigh Valley.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

As our part of our maintenance team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities. The right individual for this position should have a positive can-do attitude. As well, be able to visual assess tasks needing to be completed in order to keep a clean and safe work environment. This candidate must be a self-start! · Maintain all interior and exterior areas of our buildings to include but not limited to floors, carpet, windows and walls

. Disinfect commonly used items such as door handles, office tools and phones

· Take trash out periodically throughout the day, empty outside trash drums

· Operate and maintain cleaning equipment ie: floor scrubber, vacuums, and any sidewalk snow removal equipment

· Clean and maintain restrooms

· Assist in snow removal efforts in the winter

· Clean shop floors and shop benches on a continuous basis and pressure clean floors

· Inspect parking lot areas and service floors to keep them free of trash and debris.

· Maintain and clean all shop equipment

· Stock and maintain supply rooms

· Remove and maintain scrap metal in dumpsters

· Preform all tasks relating to the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and the surrounding property

MARGINAL DUTIES:

· Understand and comply with OSHA right-to-know and other federal, state, and local regulations

· Must follow company safety policies and practices; report all accidents to a supervisor immediately

. Any other duties assigned by manager

· General Housekeeping

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, this position requires you to be indoors and outdoors frequently throughout the day

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs

. Ability to stay on task and keep shop in presentable manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards

· Honesty and integrity

· Manual dexterity, good judgment, and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency

- Experience in maintenance or related field preferred

- Strong ability to interact professionally with employees and customers
