Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various facilities.

Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting
- Maintain and clean floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks including buffing and floor care
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and sanitized
- Assist with porter duties as needed
- Conduct commercial and residential painting tasks
- Support facilities maintenance activities

Skills:
Required Skills:
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Experience in custodial and porter duties
- Proficiency in floor care and industrial cleaning techniques

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of buffing techniques
- Experience in commercial cleaning practices
