Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing - Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events - Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed - Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: - Experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor scrubbers - Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness - Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently - Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and management This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued.
