Responsibilities:

Perform a range of cleaning duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Handle specialized tasks such as floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors, as well as carpet cleaning.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while executing cleaning tasks.
Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Demonstrate respect and care for the client's premises, treating each workspace as if it were your own.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or related field preferred.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Reliability and punctuality in meeting work schedules.
