Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including residential and commercial settings. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy creating a clean and organized space, we want to hear from you. Being that we base hours on Airbnb bookings, you must be flexible with the hours we give. Most cleanings will take place on a weekend during the morning to early afternoon. The starting pay for this job is $50.00 per cleaning but there is an opportunity to earn more with time. Each cleaning will take around 3.5 hours depending on how fast you can work, but most cleanings are on Sat,Sun,or Mon. Hours are based on when we get bookings on airbnb so there is no set schedule. With that being said, we ask that you have availability on those days.

Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens
- Manage floor care by vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their cleaning needs
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures

Experience:

- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills are essential for client interactions
