Most people don't realize that emergency restoration is a valid career path. In addition to restoration, we also clean & restore carpets with a daily schedule.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with: water damage, fire, mold, trauma remediation, demolition and/or carpet cleaning. Will train the right candidates!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

On-call rotation
Complete daily carpet cleaning schedule
Respond to emergency events and situations
Responsible and courteous driving company vehicles
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain company vehicles and equipment
Use company apps and/or devices

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a current and valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
Must have no drug or alcohol related convictions on record within the past 5 years
Must participate in rotation of on-call emergencies after hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must submit to and pass a background screening as explained in the employment application
Must wear company attire at all times while working (company shirts, hats, jackets, etc. provided)
Perform other duties as they arise

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Must be able to lift 100 lbs, up to 50 lbs shoulder high
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in PPE
On the job skills training for different restoration techniques.

The starting rate of pay for this full-time position is $20.00-$25.00/hour depending on previous experience, plus after hours bonus for on-call work. Medical and dental options available. We pay 75% of medical insurance for personal coverage! Earn paid time off.
