The Executive Housekeeper plays a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of the hotel. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are met consistently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping supervision 3-5 years, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including staff assignments and schedules.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned to the highest standards.
Implement and maintain cleaning procedures
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
Maintain records related to housekeeping activities.

Experience

Proven experience in a housekeeping management/supervisor role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or similar establishments. 3-5 years
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff.
