Horizon House, Inc. of Clearwater is a 15-story condominium style building on Island Way in Clearwater, FL.

We are looking for a reliable person to join our team. This person will perform general cleaning of the common areas of our building. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
Assists in cleaning and sanitizing the lobby, restrooms, activity, and office spaces.
Thoroughly vacuum carpeted areas.
Vacuum and mop ceramic tile floors.
Washes windows.
Vacuum furniture as needed.
Cleans entry areas.
Maintains a neat and orderly janitors’ room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
Assists in examining facilities for safety hazards; reports deficiencies to supervisor.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with hazardous materials.
Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.76 - $17.32 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
