Spa Sales Associate

Hand & Stone University Park is seeking a confident, personable, and driven individual who's ready to join our team!

Hand & Stone offers customizable Massages and Facials- located 8 miles from Lakewood Ranch, and right in University Town Centre. Our spa is membership based with a monthly program that provides flexibility, great savings, and perks for all clients and guests! We are open from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week (with the exception of major holidays).

We are searching for:

Flexible availability for 3-5 days a week (morning and evening), and at least one weekend day.
Strong sales skills: 1-2 years of experience in selling membership programs (spa, gyms, cellular, retail, etc.)
A punctual individual with great customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
Knowledge with front desk positions and the ability to navigate POS systems (Zenoti knowledge is a plus!)
A team player that enjoys friendly competition, a positive attitude, and helping their teammates.

Job description

Present and sell the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program to all clients
Greeting clients with a smile, checking clients in and out efficiently
Managing the appointment book, answering telephones, and handling client inquiries
Assist in daily spa maintenance tasks such as laundry, light cleaning, and basic clerical tasks
