Exhaust Cleaning Technician Location: Based in Lewisville TX

We are seeking a Technician to join our team and become part of a growing company that is known for performing quality work and providing exceptional customer service. We clean commercial and restaurant kitchens’ exhaust systems after they close. If you are mechanically inclined, are a fast learner, and are looking for a job with great opportunity for advancement, this opportunity may be for you. Must have a flexible schedule to work nights and early mornings (when client locations are typically closed). Being on-time, good teamwork skills, and proactive work habits are critical. Ability to learn and grow into more responsible roles is desired.

Job duties include:

Power washing kitchen exhaust system: hoods, ducts, and exhaust fans.
Loading and preparing the operating vans at the beginning of the night
Setup and tear-down of all equipment at the job site, including hanging plastic sheeting, and wiping down of stainless-steel hoods, etc.
Operation of cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, and pre-sprayers.
Inspecting customer facilities and documenting and communicating findings and issues company management
Maintaining our equipment, vehicles, and facilities
Perform physical demands including:
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Work in small or tight areas
Kneel/stand for long periods of time
Climb ladders and tolerate heights to clean fans and ducts
Coordinate and communicated effectively with other team members, management, and the customer
Clean up and organize equipment and truck after the jobs are completed each evening
Accurately document job results and issues with our business application
Communicate job issues and results to the management team daily
Train and develop junior technicians
Monitor and report on inventories of job supplies and chemical and polish

We are known for providing consistent, quality service whether it is cleaning exhaust systems, our specialty, or providing other cleaning services. We provide training directly to our employees to ensure consistent quality services.

Required education: High school or equivalent
Required license or certification: Driver’s License, clean record
Required language: English
Required: Legally able to work in the USA
Required: Clear criminal background and drug checks
Required: Provide and maintain own transportation to main location

Required experience:

Strongly prefer prior kitchen exhaust cleaning experience, 1-3 years minimum
Will train limited experienced candidate with the right qualifications

Salary: $2800 to $3700 per week depending on experience, paid semi-monthly. Sales and extra jobs bonus available when planned. hourly rates from $19 per hour to start, with no experience
