Job Title: Contract Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchen for vacation rentals

-Change bedding

-Laundry

-Dishes
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor

-drive own vehicle to location (different daily)

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Cleaning Technician is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal to no supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform repetitive movements
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
