Compensation:

$43,888k- $45k, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team. Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met. Address any discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping essentials. Place orders as needed and manage inventory efficiently.
Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company standards. Encourage team development and support career growth.
Address guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience. Communicate effectively with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to coordinate and resolve guest-related issues.
Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure staff follow proper procedures.
Maintain records of inspections, supplies, and personnel issues. Prepare reports for management regarding housekeeping performance, inventory needs, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
Familiarity with housekeeping processes, cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
Prior experience in hospitality or related field.
Certification in sanitation or housekeeping management (preferred but not required)
