Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and energetic Sales Agents to drive new business and generate sales leads. As a Commission-Only Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our services, and closing deals. This is a remote position with flexible working hours, perfect for those who are goal-oriented and thrive in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients

Present our range of commercial cleaning services to potential clients

Negotiate and close sales deals

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
