Job Title: Custodian
Location: Buffalo Oklahoma, 73834
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Short term temporary assignment
Pay: $15 per hour

Job Overview
Proactive and dedicated Custodian with a proven track record of excellence in executing a wide range of cleaning tasks. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and professionalism.

Qualifications Janitorial Qualifications:

Great attendance
Punctual, detailed, organized
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
1-2 years’ experience
Work Independently
Must be able to lift, up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities and Duties

General cleaning and maintaining buildings
Scrub, sanitize restroom and breakroom facilities,
Mop, sweep, vacuum, buff floors, shampoo carpets, empty trash, dust shelves desks and walls. Occasionally wash dishes/coffee equipment
Willing to sit at the front desk and answer phones if requested
