Job Title: Cleaning Technician

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Cleaning Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for maintaining clean and orderly building spaces for our clients. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and performing deep cleaning tasks. You'll also ensure that cleaning equipment is properly maintained, and that all safety regulations are adhered to. Responsibilities:

- Maintain clean floors, stairs, and other surfaces through sweeping, dusting, and mopping.

- Vacuuming carpets and upholstery.

- Ensure the hygiene of sinks, toilets, urinals, and other bathroom fixtures.

- Restocking toiletries, paper products, and other hygiene necessities.

- Emptying trash and recycling containers.

- Maintaining the cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, buffers, and scrubbing machines.

- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing baseboards and cleaning windows.

Qualifications:

- A reliable means of transportation.

- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and procedures.

- Ability to work independently and diligently perform duties as instructed.

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods required.

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.

- Physical dexterity and the ability to stand, kneel, climb, and lift heavy objects.

- Knowledge of proper waste disposal and recycling practices.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
