Job Overview: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Exterior Window Cleaning Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning windows on residential and commercial properties, handling cleaning equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Clean exterior windows using water-fed poles, squeegees, and other equipment.
Ensure windows are spotless and streak-free.
Handle and maintain cleaning equipment properly.
Provide respectful and professional service to all customers.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing, climbing ladders, and lifting.
Prior window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
