If you are interested in being part of building something special, this is the perfect position for you. Fit2Runis rapidly growing and looking to fill positions as a Defective Associate, to work within the Defectives department located in the distribution center in beautiful Lakewood Ranch.

As a Defective Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with receiving damaged-defective merchandise returned from all stores, our online store and Amazon.

Responsibilities:

Receiving all defectives into inventory system
Accurately scanning, sorting, and boxing inventory
Accurately sorting defectives by brand
Keeping up with organization and defectives inventory
Communicating with Defectives Manager about needs, concerns, and asking questions
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, shelves and defective area
Daily cleaning, trash removal, carboard breakdown by end of day
Keeping up with Refresher program duties while also keeping up with multiple other damage-defective duties

On top of helping with addressing all the returned damage-defective merchandise, one very important part of this job will be providing inventory to 5 of our stores promoting our Refresher Program.

This entails:

Reviving gently used shoes back to near brand-new condition
Pricing said shoes within our 3-point Refresher price model
Staging, sorting, and packing shoes by size for each Refresher store
Other warehouse duties as directed

Qualifications:

Detail oriented
Valid Driver's License
Time management skills
Must be team-oriented and work well with other
Good communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to use pallet jack
Must be able to lift over 40lbs
Must be able to climb

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
