Pay is $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

About Us

FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time.

Job Summary

The Paint Prep and Cleaner is responsible for de-burring, grinding and sandblasting finished product, assemble parts onto finished product and move heavy products on and off machinery and throughout the facility.

Education and Experience

One-two years previous experience or on-the-job training

Equipment/Machinery Used

Operate 4.5 inch and 7 inch angle grinder, various clamps and fixtures. Forklift, Tape Measure, Hand Tools

Required Qualifications/Training

Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
Ability to run a grinder
Detail oriented with exceptional eye/hand coordination skills
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to solve basic mathematical equations
Good understanding of set up techniques
Knowledge of basic hand tools, wrenches, ratchets, screw drivers, etc.

Please note: All employees must also be able to work in a warehouse setting that includes exposure to noise, all weather conditions, small levels of airborne particles and occasionally lift more than 50-75lbs. Safety training and equipment are provided by MPP in accordance with applicable law, industry standards, and company policy.
