Executive Serivces is family-owned Printing & Mailing business located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. We strive to exceed customer expectations in a fast paced and exciting environment. We currently have an opening for a part time Bindery Technician with hours of 12pm-5pm M-F. The ideal candidate will have bindery experience, communication skills and a mechanical aptitude. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Will train the right person.

Essential Job Functions

Set up, operate, and adjust bindery and mailing equipment as needed under the direction of the Bindery Lead.
Maintain machines in good working order by cleaning and servicing, perform minor repairs, utilize tech support when necessary, keep work and storage areas orderly.
Read job orders to determine instructions and specifications for job.
Perform all bindery functions related to workflow (Cut, fold, stich, drill, insert, seal, meter, tabbing, addressing, and machine sorting mail).
Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards, spot checking for errors.
Process and handle mailings in accordance with governmental/postal regulations and ensures proper sorting, metering, labeling, and delivery of mail or other orders as assigned.
Package objects for shipping (boxes, pallets, etc.).
Unload materials or equipment, sometimes utilizing forklift or pallet jack.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Prior experience in bindery functions preferred though not required.
Organized and efficient; excellent time management skills.
Ability to multi-task and effective problem solver.
Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
Succeeds in deadline-driven environment to meet customer needs.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

This is a part-time position during our business hours of 12:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
