Job Responsibilities

Dishwasher Responsibilities

Clean plates, glasses, silverware, and dining room serve ware.
Clean pots, pans, food storage, and other food service equipment.
Assist with food prep during slower service periods as directed by the kitchen manager.
Dispose of kitchen trash.
Support line cooks during busy service times.
Clean and maintain the dish machine and relevant equipment.
Follow kitchen cleaning schedules and standards, including post-service station breakdown.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for communal area cleaning.
