Budtender

Duties include the following: cash management, educating customers on products, opening/closing procedures, tending the customers, as well as cleaning of the sales floor, restrooms . Potential budtenders are encouraged to expand their education in cannabis laws and product as it, helps educate the potential customer on products and it's medicinal qualities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude

- Must be well versed with cannabis knowledge and terminology

- Formal experience or background in retail, customer service, or hospitality

- Strong communication and telephone etiquette

- Organized, prepared, and detailed.

- Ability to perform basic arithmetics

- Being able to multi task and perform well under a stressful fast paced environment

- Punctual and flexible with work schedule.

- Being able to remember new daily specials and communicating specials accordingly to potential customer

- Basic knowledge to navigate and operate weedmaps.

Budtender Responsibilities

Operations:

Balance Drawer Used At The Start/End Of Shift
Assist Inventory Manager With Product Stocking & Refills
Maintain A Sanitary & Organized Sales Floor Throughout The Day
Assist With Delivery Inquiries & Packing When Necessary
Actively Diffuse Issues with Customers & Report To Management
Pack (Pick-Up & Delivery) Orders As Needed
Help Answer Questions & Assist Guests Regarding (Ratios / Potency /THC /Size / Etc.)
Learn, Internalize, & Oblige By All Legal Cannabis Restrictions Including Maximum Purchasing Quantities For Medical & Recreational Cannabis Users.

Additional Requirements

3+ Year Cannabis Store Front Experience
Must have Full-Time/Part-Time Availability (Including: Weekends & Holidays)
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must possess valid driver's license or state ID
Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
Possess A Reliable Form Of Transportation
Possess A Working Smartphone
Open Availability (Preferred)
