Looking for a full time Lead Tech for Cleaning company
40 hrs per week with some approved overtime.

Looking for someone with exceptional cleaning background with a mechanical minded person that is a detail oriented, high energy that exhibits strong commitment to his/her field. This person will be doing inspections on numerous properties as well as possibly having a few properties of your own. Tracking and delivering supplies when needed.

As a company representative, you would have a vital role in the communities. Working alongside Property management and other staff. You would be responsible for overseeing the physical assets, cleanliness and maintenance of the property and all common areas including breezeways, Clubhouse, restrooms, fitness area, and pool areas.

Basic duties include but not limited to:
Responsible for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Sweeping, mopping, cleaning
Blowing with a back pack blower and pressure washing.
Inspecting properties for cleanliness and ways to improve.
Delivering supplies as needed.
Responsible for the upkeep and security of all property-issued tools.

On a regular basis, must use independent judgment (following prescribed procedures) to determine actions to be taken, priorities, emergencies, etc. Report any issues seen to property management.

Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability is a must.
Maintenance experience is not required.
Ability to identify and correct most building/property issues independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Must represents the company and community in a professional and courteous manner.

Searching for reliable person looking for full time job who has a reliable daily transportation and cell phone, can take instruction and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule: 830am-5pm, Monday-Friday (work schedules may vary). Some over-time may be required including "on-call" and/or rotating "on-call" responsibilities.
Must be able to clearly communicate in English. Bi Lingual OK.
Background check/ drug test will be conducted

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
