Job Overview:

As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients. This is a contractor position, providing you the flexibility to choose your working hours and take control of your earning potential. You can even keep your current clients.

You Will Have Access To The Following:

View and Manage Your Schedule that YOU create! Work as little or as much as you want!
Post Your daily availability to accept appointments.
View your anticipated pay per clean.

What You Do:

Perform residential cleaning tasks in accordance with standards.
Utilize your own transportation and cleaning supplies for job assignments.
Uphold a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Collaborate with DearMaids team for booking and customer service support.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential cleaning.
Must be able to work independently and follow detailed cleaning checklists.
Own reliable transportation for travel to cleaning locations (We will assign bookings closest to your location whenever possible).
Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Agree to a criminal background check.

Compensation:

Independent contractors will receive at least 65% of the revenue generated from all completed jobs.
Pay will be on a per job basis.
Payments will be sent electronically DAILY after cleanings are complete.

Bonus Plans:

$25 Bonus for every 5 Star Review.

Note: This is a contract position, and candidates will be considered independent contractors, not employees of DearMaids.
