We are looking for a hard-working , committed, loyal team person to become a long-term, professional certified window cleaner.

The position you are applying for is Window Cleaning's helper. This is a physical job that requires working outside and lifting 40 pounds on a daily basis and up to 90 pounds in some cases. There is some repetitive hand and arm motion, as well as reaching above the shoulders, bending, squatting and walking on uneven ground. A drivers license is required, you must have a clean record and be able to pass a drug test.

The basic tools you will be using are: squeegee, strip washer, sponge, window brush, rags and a bucket of water. We will train you on proper use of this equipment. Employees are trained on the first floor levels to start. You must first learn how to clean windows properly before we can put you above the first floor. Once you are trained. You will be required to learn all the systems involved in accessing the windows to be cleaned. These systems include extension ladders of various heights up to 40 feet, stack ladders and stepladders and the moving and assembling of these ladders. Also included are rope work, boom work, and all forms of scaffold work.

The entry pay is $17.00 per hour. You will be starting as a part-time employee. All new and rehired employees work on an introductory basis for the first 90 calendar days after their date of hire. You will be evaluated at this time for possible full-time employment. Your evaluations after that are based on 800 worked hours. Our top rate for certified full trained window cleaner is $22.00 per hour plus benefits.'
