The Country Club of Naples is seeking a reliable and attentive Part-Time Seasonal Ladies Locker Room attendant to join our team and contribute to our overall member experience.

Position Overview:

As our Ladies Locker Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our female members and guests. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ladies' locker room, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere at our club.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests warmly as they enter the ladies' locker room.
Maintain a clean and well-organized locker room facility.
Assist members with any requests related to locker room amenities.
Monitor and replenish toiletries, towels, and other supplies.
Keep an inventory of locker assignments and ensure proper maintenance.
Knowledge and ability of shoe cleaning.
Assist with laundry services, including cleaning and folding towels and linens.
Address any member concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other club staff to maintain a seamless and enjoyable experience for members and guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
