Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

This position is done bi-weekly.Cleaning time is only around 1 hours (time does depend on cleaner, meaning it maybe more or less)each cleaning. This is a 1099 position.

This job has to be done between Tuesday & Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m & 5 p.m.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $80.00 per month
