Responsibilities:

Perform general janitorial duties to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replace trash receptacle liners
Sweep and mop floors
Dust (as needed) and wipe down surfaces
Clean interior doors, windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
Independent Contractor will be responsible for own cleaning supplies

Experience:

- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and maintaining various types of flooring
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
