Job Requirements-

Must have a working smart phone that has the ability to take clear photos on the job and the ability to share those photos. You must be able to utilize job applications that include filling out checklist forms, text communications, schedule, and other job responsibilities, checking in and out of jobs, etc.

Must have reliable transportation to and from each job.

Must have the ability to provide your own cleaning materials and job supplies for the individual job. Large equipment is usually provided.

Must have cleaning experience in a hospitality setting.

Must have great attention to detail.

Must have great communication skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Must be able to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities-

Stripping beds of sheets, monitoring blankets and comforters for soil, rips, smells, etc. Washing linens and making the beds in an aesthetic manner.

Washing of towels and replacing in an aesthetic manner.

Removal of cobwebs in corners, nooks, and often overlooked areas.

Dusting of all reachable surfaces in bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, living rooms, sun rooms, etc.

Cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces in the kitchen. I.e. Countertops, Microwaves, stovetops, Refrigerator, Cabinet surfaces.

Unloading of dishwashers and checking for soiled dishes.

Checking and cleaning of messes inside kitchen cabinetry.

Removal of all trash within the unit and taking to the appropriate disposal site.

Sweeping of decks, staircases, porches.

Spot cleaning any windows, walls, etc. that may need attention.

Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the bathroom mirrors, sinks, vanity's, tubs, showers, toilets, and doors and handles.

Note- This is a brief job description and may not incorporate all tasks required. This is an independent contractor position, and I am mainly seeking weekend help, however for the right individuals there may be other opportunity.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
