Condominium in Daytona Beach Shores seeking experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated janitorial/maintenance technician that will work with other team members, Manager, and the Board of Directors to ensure proper day to day operations of the condominium.

Ideal candidate must be a self-starter and have some maintenance experience. Pool and spa certification is a plus but not mandated for the job. The janitorial/maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of the condominium and will be expected to perform duties such as painting, conducting routine inspections and minor repairs of building. As part of the job duties, you will be pushing dumpsters in and out for trash collection, cleaning the common areas, which will include sweeping and blowing walkways and parking garages. Basic repairs on lawn sprinkler, locks, door handles, light fixtures and exit sign replacement. Strong organizational and follow up skills, as well as experience in using hand and power tools.

Technician should have dependable transportation, and a valid State of Florida driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug test if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
