*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, performing various cleaning duties in both residential and commercial settings.

*Responsibilities*

- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks

- Maintain cleanliness of facilities by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies

- Handle floor care duties including buffing and waxing

- Assist with custodial tasks as needed

- Conduct porter duties such as trash removal and general upkeep

- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed

- Assist with residential painting projects as required

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience in industrial or commercial cleaning

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines

- Experience with floor care techniques including buffing is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
