We are currently seeking Independent Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in STR setting. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently.

Resonsibilities:

* Perform residential cleaning tasks according to established standards
* Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
* Manage housekeeping duties such as laundry, organizing, and tidying up
* Staging home for next guest

***Requirements***

- Must have a Business License and General Liability

- Must have own reliable transportation

- Must be able to work weekends

- Must have own supplies and equipment (has to meet company standards per PMs)

- Must be able to service Pace, Milton, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Pensacola BCH, Perdido Key

- Previous experience in residential or STR cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices are a plus but not required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently

- Customer service oriented with good communication skills
