Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This position requires strong computer literacy, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner.
Utilize Google Suite and other software applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to important documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Support office management tasks including coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials.
Handle correspondence, both electronic and physical, ensuring timely responses.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other computer applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of computer literacy with familiarity in office management software.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus but not required.
Bilingual ( Spanish and English)
