Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Specialist to join our team that preferably lives in a certified HUBZone area. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks such as restroom cleaning, dusting, sweeping/mopping, vacuuming, trash removal and other related tasks.
- Assist with moving equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility, including restrooms and common areas
- Assist with set-ups and breakdowns for events and special services.
- Support facilities maintenance by identifying and reporting repair needs

Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial setting
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities

Pay: $21.77 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
