Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
Manage housekeeping tasks such as organizing rooms and ensuring all areas are tidy.
Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
