We are seeking candidates for Porter/General Laborer to work at Canyon Creek Apartments in the North Dallas area.

General Laborer/Porter/Light Maintenance job description includes but is not limited to the following:

 Daily grounds pick up in all outside areas, which includes maintain a neat area around all outside dumpsters. Inside trash pick up includes the club house, fitness room and various public restrooms on site.

 Assist Maintenance with heavy trash disposal in turnover apartments. Light maintenance may include basic plumbing and electrical.

 May be required to dismantle and dispose of various structures at the property.

 Outside grounds maintenance may include blowing/raking leaves, spraying weeds, snow removal and salt spreading, pool maintenance, cleaning gutters, and digging holes or trenches as needed for various purposes.

 May be required to operate small power tools.

Candidates should be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Able to climb stairs and ladders. Working conditions include exposure to weather. May be required to have a vehicle. Valid driver’s license and state minimum insurance is required.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
