**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Independent Contractor ( 1099) House Cleaner to partner with our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients. **Duties:** - Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas - Launder and change bed linens - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas - Perform carpet cleaning and floor care as needed - Handle residential cleaning duties efficiently - Manage housekeeping tasks in both residential and commercial settings - Ensure cleanliness in hotel rooms or other hospitality establishments **Requirements:** - Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles - Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices - Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques - Ability to manage housekeeping tasks effectively - Understanding of sanitization procedures - Experience in floor care maintenance is a plus If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about creating clean and organized spaces, This is a 1099 sub-contracting opportunity.
