Job Overview: Looking for someone available on Wednesdays 1230pm-430pm, 4 hours per week. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable House Cleaning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients' homes. The House Cleaning Specialist will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing. The goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming space for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces.
Make beds and change linens as required.
Organize and tidy up rooms, including decluttering and rearranging furniture.
Empty trash containers and disposal of regular trash waste in accordance with established procedures.
Clean interior windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning duties.
Adhere to safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals appropriately.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when additional supplies are needed.
Collaborate with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a house cleaner or similar role.
Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of cleaning duties.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and understand their cleaning preferences.
Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

Must possess mobility to work in various residential spaces; strength, stamina, and mobility to perform light to medium physical work, to operate a motor vehicle, and to operate varied hand and power tools and related equipment; vision to read printed materials; hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone or radio. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a tablet and to operate above-mentioned tools and equipment. Positions in this classification bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work and inspect work sites. Incumbents must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
