Introduction: We are a family owned painting and cleaning company that works with apartment complexes in the Hampton Roads area. We clean vacant apartments, laundry rooms, clubhouses, offices, and breezeways. Our office is in Virginia Beach, and we work for properties in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton, Suffolk, and Williamsburg.

VACANT APARTMENT CLEANER:

PAY: Per unit $60-$75/unit (Units take an average of 4 hours to complete). Full time employees do 2 units per day ($120-$150)

BENEFITS (OPTIMA AND UNITED CONCORDIA DENTAL). Paid benefits are offered to full time cleaners, those who clean 2 units per day, 5 days per week.

Each apartment requires a deep clean from top to bottom to include bathrooms, windows, windowsills, blinds, light fixtures, fans, appliances (inside and outside), cabinets, drawers, utility closet, etc. It is physically demanding work, but the pay is rewarding if you are willing to put in the effort. You will be provided with a checklist to ensure nothing is missed. Each unit is inspected and a bonus is issued if it passes inspection.

*children will not be allowed to accompany cleaners in the vacant units or in the car*
