Floor Cleaning Technician Summary:

Are you looking for a Part-Time position only, or are looking for a second job? Do you want to work for a locally owned business that will value you and have the ability to promote from within? If so, our Floor Cleaning Technician position at MilliCare® by Arete Commercial Hygiene might be right for you. We are looking for Floor Cleaning Technicians to work part-time afternoon / night shifts. This position offers hours that will vary weekly at this time (Monday - Friday nights and some weekend day/afternoon work) and we expect some part-time positions to become full time in the future. Come grow with us! We will provide paid training! We also provide the ability to earn IICRC certification!

Key Responsibilities:

Vacuuming

Hot Water Extraction machine use (carpets)

Spot Cleaning,

Mopping

Rotary Floor Scrubber use (hard surface cleaning)

Counter Rotating Brush Machine use,

Upholstery Cleaning

Cleaning and preventive maintenance of job equipment

Loading and unloading job equipment

*This is not a complete list of responsibilities and others may be assigned as needed

Job Qualifications and Skills:

Must be able to work nights

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicles used to drive to worksites)

Some lifting (up to 50lbs solo)

Standing, walking, bending

Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent

Basic math skills (ability to dilute solutions to correct ratios)

Oral and written communication

Night shift and previous customer service experience preferred

Working alone and with a team

Great Pay! We are offering between $17.50 - $22.50 per hour (depending on experience and performance)
