American Water Damage of Denver is in search of our next "ROCK STAR" Lead Restoration Technician to add to our expanding office! We are growing locally and have career opportunities for individuals who want purpose in their work and to be a part of a growing team. Our Lead Tech is responsible for performing the initial post-loss inspection, advising and assisting the customers on the insurance claims process, documenting and monitoring all damages incurred, determining immediate course of action to mitigate further damage and communicating detailed, ongoing information about the project to his/her supervisor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to arriving on-site to disaster projects, setting up equipment, mitigation, drying, remediation, demolition, cleaning, documentation, job management and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Our ideal candidate is reliable and efficient with good decision skills. MUST have a take-charge attitude and a strong desire to build a career. You must be empathetic and show sense of urgency while communicating to customers and team members.

We prefer prior experience as a Lead in Water Restoration but are willing to train the right individuals that have at least 2 years in the field as a technician. Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
