Seeking an individual to join our Janitorial Maintenance Team with a solid background and work history. This person needs to be detail driven, a good communicator, have a flexible schedule. Must possess a positive "Can Do!" attitude and is able to interact well with upper Management, staff, and diverse personalities.

Proactive at anticipating, planning, engaging in the areas of Preventative Maintenance.

Maintain, repair, & clean mechanical equipment/areas; as well as maintaining a safe and clean workspace. Have the ability to troubleshoot, both working alone and as part of a team. Take direction and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

*Ensure all areas of operation are well kept free of debris *Clean and Maintain Restrooms, Kitchen, Common work areas *Clean and stock designated areas with required supplies *Sweep/Dust *Take trash out to larger dumpsters *Follow all health and safety regulations *Perform minor repairs if needed *Notify supervisor or management team if any major repairs need to take place

Qualifications

*Previous experience REQUIRED *General knowledge of repair and maintenance of industrial machinery. *Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery as needed *Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets *Ability to work well with limited supervision

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $19.00/hour.
