Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff.
Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of facilities.
Train and mentor new cleaning staff.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Schedule and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
