Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning techniques and be committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle floor care tasks including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained
- Execute commercial cleaning activities in office spaces and common areas
- Assist with custodial duties to uphold cleanliness standards
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in porter or cleaning roles
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and equipment
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness in various settings
- Knowledge of buffing techniques for floor care
- Understanding of custodial responsibilities in commercial environments
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team
