A-1 Hood Cleaning is looking to hire and train hood cleaners. No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. This is a primarily night job, Sunday through Friday nights, and some mornings Sunday though Thursday around 8 am to 12 pm.

Requirements:

Have a valid Driver's License.

Be able to climb ladders, be able to carry heavy things up to 60 lbs.

Have personal transportation to and from our location in Aurora.

Have working celling phone.

Being ok with getting dirty and sometimes wet.

Be dependable, show up on time, and follow instructions.

Have excellent attention to detail.

Be able to work quickly and efficiently.

Be able to work flexible hours; nights, early mornings, and some weekends.

Be able to work safely in both hot, cold, and/or inclement weather.

Be able to complete work projects from start to finish with limited supervision.

Be fluent in English.

Be a quick learner.

Job entails:

The set-up and take-down of equipment including: hanging plastic sheeting, mixing chemicals, setting up ladders, pre-sprayers, garden hoses, and high-pressure hoses.

Scraping greasy buildup from affected areas of kitchen exhaust systems.

Pressure washing the interior of kitchen exhaust systems (fans, ducts, and hoods).

Final clean-up in kitchens by wiping down the hoods, mopping up the floors.

Digital photography of all work performed at each job.

Reporting any mechanical deficiencies of customer and/or company equipment to management.

Maintaining the cleanliness of company tools, equipment, and vehicles each night, so that they are ready to be used the following night.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week
